Ethics and Religion Talk – Moral Courage Awards

Hank Woodson DeHart

Mr. DeHart noticed that a gas station was selling gas for about $.45 a gallon, 1/10 of the expected price. He brought his receipt into the store to tell the owner and pay the rest of what he should owe. The oner was devastated when he realized his error – he had lost thousands of dollars. Other customers were angry at him for spoiling their bonanza.
